The absolutely most amazing presesnt from my boyfriend. It means so much to me, and it's just really the best birthday present he could have gotten. I love it soooo much.
In this scene Sawa has just refused to shoot and kill a man in front of her, Akai then tosses her earrings over the rail and Sawa immediately reacts about to lose the only piece left of her family. Absolutely crucial point in the OVA and just amazing to see in person. I love it.
This cel marks a first in my gallery! The first cel to come with its original hand painted matching background! And now seeing how much work goes into these tiny sheets of plastic and bristol board, I have so much more respect for this OVA then I had before.
